Campbell Royal

Personal Trainer

Campbell (Team Royal Training) is a passionate strength and conditioning coach with nearly ten years of weightlifting experience. A background in rugby union and a current amateur competitive bodybuilder, Team Royal Training delivers high-level exercise and training education and practical application focusing on technique and form. Team Royal Training’s coaching philosophy prioritises mobility, range of motion, body composition and longevity of muscles and joints to improve health and increase body functionality. Once these basic principles are implemented, strength and performance can then be maximised.

    Personal Trainer

    Joel has been a personal trainer for 17 years, and has completed numerous extra courses, including nutrition, Crossfit certification, and the Muscle Nerds program design course.

    In his training life, he has competed in 13 bodybuilding competitions, multiple Crossfit competitions, and also a powerlifting competition.

    Joel is also currently completing a Masters degree in Osteopathy, the knowledge from which he continues to implement into his coaching.

    With this knowledge. Joel likes to take a holistic approach in helping clients reach their goals.

    Michael Vecchio

    Personal Trainer

    Specialises in Mind and Body transformation coaching, creative solutions, Nutritional, Motivation services.

    Michael is a natural leader with 18 years’ experience who has assisted clients to transform their limitations and start living their dream life. His powerful philosophies of mind fitness and practical strategies teach you the step-by-step process of recreating your reality.

    Michael appears regularly on (BodyBuilding) stage within Australia and internationally he has a leading edge on personal development sharing his passionate message on how to create your dream life NOW.

    As a Professional Coach and Personal Trainer, Michael has run a successful Training and Coaching practice enabling individuals to maximize efficiency whilst enhancing lifestyle and personal fulfilment. He is considered to be a leader and visionary delivering programs that get to the heart of issues and facilitate transformation.

    Michael has a solid understanding of the psychological foundations with experience in behavioural assessment tools, communication and leadership technology that produce solid, quantifiable, bottom-line results.
